Phantom Share Awards under the 2014 Equity Participation Plan of Civeo Corporation, of which 3,249 Phantom Shares will vest on February 21, 2020, and the remaining 12, 914 Phantom Shares will vest in three equal installments on February 25, 2020 and each of the next two anniversaries thereof. Each Phantom share is the economic equivalent of one Civeo Corporation common share and is payable in cash.
