Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 24, 2021, Investors Real Estate Trust dba Centerspace (the "Company") issued a press release announcing publishing of 2020 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report and April Leasing Activity. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On May 25, 2021, the Company will participate in the Janney Virtual Real Estate & Lodging Conference, which will occur virtually. As part of the conference, the Company's management will provide a presentation to certain participants in attendance regarding certain matters impacting the Company and its operating results. A copy of that investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The presentation has been posted to the company's website.
