Explanation of Responses:

On July 7, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported that, following his sale of shares of the issuer's common stock (the "Common Stock") pursuant to his 10b5-1 trading plan, he directly owned 290,000 shares of Common Stock. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person directly owned 968,599 shares of Common Stock as the Wong-Chen Family Trust dated August 31, 2020, transferred 678,599 shares of Common Stock to the reporting person, over which he had previously held indirect beneficial ownership.
