ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) has declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 12, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2015.
