Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock

ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW) today declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 13, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 16, 2014.
