On May 31, 2022, ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended April 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
