Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) announced that its board of directors has declared the following dividends on its preferred stock payable on October 7, 2024, to preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2024:

  • a quarterly cash dividend of $21.68547694 per share on CFG’s 6.000% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (CUSIP No. 174610AP0);
  • a quarterly cash dividend of $22.07475472 per share on CFG’s 6.375% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (CUSIP No. 174610AQ8);
  • a quarterly cash dividend of $12.50 per share ($0.3125 per each depositary share, each representing a 1/40th interest in a share of the preferred stock) on CFG’s 5.000% Fixed-For-Life Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E (CUSIP No. 174610402);
  • a quarterly cash dividend of $14.125 per share on CFG’s 5.650% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series F (CUSIP No. 174610AU9);
  • a quarterly cash dividend of $10.00 per share on CFG’s 4.000% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series G (CUSIP No. 174610BD6); and
  • a quarterly cash dividend of $ 27.24652778 per share ($0.6811631944 per each depositary share, each representing a 1/40th interest in a share of the preferred stock) on CFG’s 7.375% Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series H (CUSIP No. 174610600).
