Remarks	3,816 shares are New Common Stock received in exchange for then outstanding shares of old Common Stock on the 11/1/2021 Effective Date of the Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. and Affiliated Debtors, with Technical Modifications (the "Plan"). The old Common Stock was acquired through vesting of issuer equity compensation awards and the exercise of exchange rights applicable to Operating Partnership Common Units in CBL & Associates Limited Partnership on dates ranging from 11/8/1999 through 4/9/2020.
