On April 14, 2015, Paul T. Maass, President, Private Brands and Commercial Foods, of ConAgra Foods, Inc. (the "Company") informed the Company of his intent to depart the Company in the summer of 2015. Effective immediately and on an interim basis, the Company’s Private Brands segment is reporting directly to Sean Connolly, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Maass will remain responsible for the Company’s Commercial Foods segment until May 5, 2015, at which time he will cease to be an executive officer of the Company.
