Item 8.01 Other Events

After the close of business on January 31, 2025, Beyond, Inc. (the “Company”), terminated the agreements it entered into with The Container Store Group, Inc. on October 15, 2024 (the “Agreements”). The terms of such Agreements are described in the Company’s Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 16, 2024.
