Remarks	The shares were acquired upon the redemption by the holder of common units in Boston Properties Limited Partnership (BPLP), of which the Issuer is the general partner. The common units were acquired upon conversion of LTIP units in BPLP issued as long-term incentive compensation pursuant to the Issuer's equity incentive programs.
