(NYSE:BWA) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable August 15, 2006 to stockholders of record on August 1, 2006. Auburn Hills, Michigan-based BorgWarner Inc.
