Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On July 27th, the Reporting Person made charitable gifts totaling 60 shares of Class B Common Stock. The previously filed version of this form incorrectly stated that 50 shares had been donated.
(2)	Each share of Class A Common Stock is convertible at any time at the option of the holder into 1,500 shares of Class B Common stock.
(3)	A family trust established by the Reporting Person for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children owns 146 shares of Class A Common Stock, which are convertible into 219,000 shares of Class B Common Stock.
(4)	A family trust established by the Reporting Person's spouse for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children owns 170 shares of Class A Common Stock, which are convertible into 255,000 shares of Class B Common Stock.
