On February 2, 2023, Ball Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter earnings for 2022. The Company’s results and earnings information regarding its fourth quarter, as well as information regarding the use of non-GAAP financial measures, are set forth in the attached press release dated February 2, 2023, and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
