  Bits Corp announces release of Die HardTM: Vendetta for Playstation(R) 2 and
                                     XboxTM



Bits Corp plc ("Bits"), a leading UK developer of video games software for major
console platforms, is pleased to announce the release on 27 June 2003 of Die
HardTM: Vendetta for Sony's Playstation(R) 2.



In addition, Bits announces that it has sold the European distribution rights
for a Microsoft XboxTM version of the game to Vivendi Universal Interactive
Publishing International SA ("Vivendi"), which will be released on 11 July 2003.



Both the Playstation 2 and Xbox versions of Die Hard: Vendetta have been
enhanced in terms of general gameplay refinements as well as to incorporate
additional features including, amongst others, the much-awaited multiplayer
option, which allows up to 4 players to play head to head or against bots
(computer AI controlled characters).



Die Hard: Vendetta for Nintendo's GameCubeTM was distributed in November 2002 by
Vivendi and, in Europe, under Vivendi's NDA Production's label, was one of the
top 10 selling GameCube releases during the Christmas 2002 period.
