Press Release
24 February 2003

Bits Corp announces development of Sega Arcade GalleryTM

Bits Corp plc ("Bits" or the "Company"), a leading UK developer of video games
software for major console platforms, is pleased to announce that it has signed
an agreement with THQ(R) Inc to develop SEGA ARCADE GALLERYTM for Nintendo's
Game Boy(R) Advance. Release of the game is scheduled for North America in
early Spring 2003.

SEGA ARCADE GALLERY is a combination of 4 classic arcade games (AfterburnerTM,
Space HarrierTM, OutrunTM and Super Hang OnTM), originally developed by Yu
Suzuki at Sega, accurately converted and combined onto one Game Boy Advance
cartridge. Released between 1985 and 1987 these games revolutionised
coin-operated gaming.

The contract marks the affirmation of Bits' strategy to continue to develop
games for the handheld market, in addition to the other major console platforms,
with particular reference to recognised licensed products.

"The opportunity to work with THQ and building a new publishing relationship
with them, as well as bringing these classic games to a wider market has been an
incredibly exciting one for us," says Foo Katan, CEO of Bits.

"Arcade classics like those developed by Yu Suzuki are legendary and very
popular and we are very proud to add them to our Game Boy Advance line-up," said
Alison Locke, executive vice president, North American publishing, THQ.
