On September 18, 2017, Big Lots, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our” or “Company”) issued a press release affirming our guidance on earnings per diluted share for the third quarter and full fiscal 2017 and our guidance on comparable store sales for the third quarter of 2017, provided by us on August 25, 2017. The press release also provided information regarding our previously announced Investor & Analyst Conference on September 19, 2017.
