Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 12, 2021, Bausch Health Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a preliminary update on its fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.

In addition, on January 13, 2021, the Company published a corporate update presentation designed to complement remarks that the management of the Company will provide during a fireside chat at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on January 13, 2021 during the 39th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco. In connection with such presentation, management of the Company will provide, among other things, a preliminary update on the Company’s fourth-quarter and full year 2020 financial results and its business recovery. A copy of the applicable slide from such presentation that provides such preliminary financial update is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
