--Qatar Investment Authority is selling around 510 million pounds ($644.3 million) worth of shares in Barclays, the Financial Times reports.
--The sovereign wealth fund--which is the bank's largest shareholder according to FactSet data--is planning to reduce its shareholding in Barclays to 2.9%. It currently owns around 6.7% according to FactSet.
--Qatar Investment Authority couldn't be reached for comment. Barclays wasn't immediately available for comment when approached by Dow Jones Newswires.
