(b) Effective June 15, 2017, James P. Berklas, Jr., a “named executive officer” within the meaning of Instruction 4 to Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, is no longer Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Barnes Group Inc. He will depart Barnes Group Inc. after an appropriate transition period.
