Item 8.01			Other Events.

On June 29, 2023, AZZ Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a fiscal year 2024 first quarter dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 26, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 12, 2023.
