Cash dividend payable in the third quarter 2017

American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of 41.5 cents per share of common stock, payable on Sept. 1, 2017, to all stockholders of record as of Aug. 9, 2017.
