Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that, according to schedule, on the date hereof, its wholly owned subsidiary Grupo Aval Limited, effected the payment of its international bonds in the amount of U.S.$1,000,000,000. These bonds were issued on September 26, 2012, in the international capital market¹ with a maturity date of 10 years.
