RELEVANT INFORMATION

 

Bogotá D.C., January 13, 2022. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) informs that the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Grupo Aval called for January 14, 2022, at which the Spin-Off Project of Grupo Aval was to be submitted to the consideration of the shareholders, will not be held. Instead, according to the notice published on December 31, 2021, a call was made for February 4, 2022, in which the Grupo Aval Spin-Off Project is expected to be submitted to the consideration of the shareholders.
