RELEVANT INFORMATION

 

Bogotá, December 16, 2021.

 

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) informs that a first General Meeting of Bondholders regarding the Ordinary Bond issues of 2009, 2016, 2017 and 2019 issued in the Colombian market, was held today, but the necessary quorum was not reached. A second meeting will be summoned for December 28, 2021.
