Ashland board authorizes quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.405 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2024.

As of July 31, 2024, there were 48,832,846 shares of Ashland common stock outstanding.
