On Assignment Initiates Term Loan Reprice, Revolver Upsize and Maturity Extension

On Assignment, Inc. (NYSE:ASGN), a leading global provider of diversified staffing solutions announced today that it is proposing, subject to market and other conditions, to reprice its existing Term B credit facility and to amend its existing revolving credit facility. The amended credit agreement, if completed, will increase the size of the revolving credit facility from $150 million to $200 million and extend the maturity date to five years from the date of closing. The Company has received commitments from its existing banks for the increase in the revolving credit under which no borrowings are currently outstanding.

There can be no assurances about the timing or terms of the planned refinancing, or that the refinancing transactions will be completed at all.
