Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today announced that Charles F. Kostalnick II has been named president of its global reverse logistics business, effective Aug. 1, 2016, succeeding Mark Majeske, who is retiring from the company. In his new role, Mr. Kostalnick will report to Cathy Morris, Arrow’s chief strategy officer.

Mr. Kostalnick brings more than 20 years of experience to this role, most recently serving as chief business officer and executive vice president for Sanmina Corporation. Previously, he held leadership roles at Avnet, Bell Micro and Arrow.

“Since the launch of our reverse logistics business, it has quickly become a differentiator for our suppliers and customers,” said Ms. Morris. “Chuck’s deep industry knowledge and experience will continue to accelerate Arrow’s commitment to the secure and environmentally responsible disposition of technology assets across the supply chain.”
