Arrow Electronics Acquires United Technical Publishing Division of Hearst Business Media

Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) announced today that it has acquired United Technical Publishing, a division of Hearst Business Media and a leading digital provider of product information to the global electronics components industry.

United Technical Publishing’s portfolio includes directories, e-newsletters, 16 engineering-driven websites, inventory access tools and databases that are important resources for engineers involved in product design.
