On June 22, 2020, ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (“ARMOUR”) announced guidance on monthly cash dividends for the Company’s Common Stock for the third quarter of 2020. Based on its current financial position and outlook, the Company anticipates declaring dividends early in each month, as set forth below:
