Arcos Dorados to Host Its 2024 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting

Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest independent McDonald’s franchisee, today announced that on March 7, 2024, its Board of Directors set the date for the Company's Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (“AGM”). The AGM will be held on April 26, 2024, in Cartagena, Colombia, at 3:00 p.m. (local time), for all shareholders of record as of March 29, 2024.
