Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each Apollo Operating Group unit represents a right to receive one share of Class A common stock ("Class A share") of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the "Issuer"), subject to the restrictions and provisions set forth in the Seventh Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement, dated July 29, 2020, by and among the Issuer, the reporting person and the other parties thereto (the "Exchange Agreement").
(2)	On December 1, 2021, the reporting person distributed 50,000 Apollo Operating Group units to one of its limited partners. On December 2, 2021, the reporting person distributed 10,532 Apollo Operating Group units to one of its limited partners.
(3)	The Apollo Operating Group units do not expire.
