Amphenol Announces First Quarter 2016 Dividend Payment

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved the first quarter 2016 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.14 per share at its meeting held on January 28, 2016. The Company will pay this first quarter 2016 dividend on or about April 6, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2016.
