On December 5, 2017, ALLETE, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the planned retirement of Senior Vice President — External Affairs David J. McMillan. As part of an orderly transition, Mr. McMillan will remain at the Company until January 31, 2018. Mr. McMillan joined the Company in 1989. He was named Senior Vice President — Marketing, Regulatory and Public Affairs in 2006 and assumed his current position in 2012.
