ALIBI COMMUNICATIONS PLC ("ALIBI" OR THE "COMPANY")
Early stage talks concluded
Following the Company's announcement on 10 September 2003 that it was in early
stage talks with the management of New Screen Media Group plc, the Company
announces that those talks have concluded and that no transaction will be
forthcoming.
Accordingly, the Company has requested that its shares resume trading on AIM and
the suspension will be lifted with effect from 7am on 12 September 2003.
