An exhibit is filed herewith in connection with the Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-219723) filed by Archer-Daniels-Midland Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On September 14, 2017, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company issued $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 3.750% Notes due 2047 (the “Notes”).
