On April 12, 2018, William R. Siemers, age 58, who joined AllianceBernstein Corporation (the “ Corporation ”), general partner of AllianceBernstein L.P. (“ ABLP ”) and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (“ AB Holding ” and, together with ABLP and the Corporation, “ AB ”), in 2004, and has been Senior Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting of AB since 2011, was appointed Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of AB. Mr. Siemers succeeds Edward J. Farrell, who has resigned and agreed to remain employed by ABLP through December 31, 2018 to help facilitate the transition of his responsibilities.
