"The problem is that even though the Yahoo and Microsoft deal is interesting, it will have a very tough time getting the regulatory approval," Chowdry said. "I think whether or not Yahoo accepts or rejects the offer from Microsoft, it will be a very long drawn process, in excess of two years."
