                               Placing of Shares


The Company announces that it has placed a total of 700,000 new ordinary shares
of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") at 6.5 pence per share to raise #45,500 
before expenses for the Company.  The Placing is conditional on admission of the
New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission and dealings are
expected to commence on 20 August 2003.
