Changes in Directors' Interests in Shares

Blick plc ("the Company") announces that as a consequence of the announcement
made on 19 January 2004 that the offer for the entire issued share capital of
the Company by SWK (UK) plc has been declared wholly unconditional, the
following changes in Directors' interests in the Company's share capital have
occurred:

1.  All Directors ceased to have any interests in the issued share capital of
    the Company, with the exception of the Directors' deemed interest in the 
    831,636 shares held by the Trustee of the Company's Employee Share 
    Ownership Plan (ESOP).

 2. The Company's Executive Directors, Vanda Murray, Garry Peagam and Bruce
    Ginnever continue to have their previously disclosed interests in the
    Company's share capital by virtue of the share options granted to them under
    executive and all employee share option schemes operated by the Company.
