American Stock Exchange to Trade Options on Seven Securities 


NEW YORK, Nov. 21  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) will
launch trading in options on Monday, November 24, 2003 on the following Nasdaq
Stock Market and New York Stock Exchange listed stocks of:

ANADIGICS, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 5 - 7 1/2 - 10 and
position limits of 31,500 contracts.  The options will trade on the January
expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. 
The specialist will be Charlton Specialist Partners, LLC.  ANADIGICS, Inc.
designs and manufactures radio frequency integrated circuit solutions for the
broadband and wireless communications markets.

Banknorth Group, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 25 - 30 - 35 and
position limits of 31,500 contracts.  The options will trade on the January
expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. 
The specialist will be LaBranche Structured Products, LLC. Banknorth Group, Inc.
is a multi-bank holding company with offices located throughout Maine, New
Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut.

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated options will open with strike prices of 71/2 -
10 - 12 1/2 and position limits of 22,500 contracts.  The options will trade on
the January expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January,
April and July.  The specialist will be Highland Securities Corp. FelCor Lodging
Trust Incorporated is a real estate investment trust ("REIT") focusing on
upscale and full service hotels.

FormFactor, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 221/2 - 25 - 30 and
position limits of 22,500 contracts.  The options will trade on the January
expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. 
The specialist will be AGS Specialists, LLC.  FormFactor, Inc. designs, develops
and manufactures advanced semiconductor waferprobe cards.

HON INDUSTRIES Inc. options will open with strike prices of 35 - 40 - 45 and
position limits of 13,500 contracts.  The options will trade on the January
expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. 
The specialist will be Highland Securities Corp.  HON INDUSTRIES Inc.
manufactures and markets office furniture as well as hearth products.

Navigant Consulting, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 12 1/2 - 15 -
17 1/2 and position limits of 31,000 contracts.  The options will trade on the
January expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April
and July.  The specialist will be Bowery Specialist Group, LLC.  Navigant
Consulting, Inc. is a global management consulting company serving energy-based
and other regulated industries.

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 25 - 30 - 35
and position limits of 31,500 contracts.  The options will trade on the January
expiration cycle with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. 
The specialist will be Susquehanna Investment Group. USANA Health Sciences, Inc.
develops, manufactures and markets nutritionals, personal care and weight
management products.
