LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., July 15  /PRNewswire/ -- SecurePipe, a leading provider of
managed network security services today announced it has entered into an
agreement to acquire the assets of Mycom's mailMAX Managed Services Division
and the mailMAX email management technologies from the Mycom Group, Inc., a
technology products, managed services reseller and software development company
whose stock is traded on the over the counter market (OTC:MYCM) (BULLETIN
BOARD: MYCM) .

As part of the agreement between the two companies, SecurePipe will retain key
personnel and engineering staff.  Mycom will continue to distribute mailMAX
managed services operating as a reseller for SecurePipe. "Mycom will make a
