XTL Biopharmaceuticals to Present at the Rodman & Renshaw 5th Annual Global Healthcare Conference

(NASDAQ:XTLB)(TASE:XTL) announced today that Ron Bentsur, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at the Rodman & Renshaw 5th Annual Global Healthcare Conference. Mr. Bentsur will present an overview of the Company including a discussion of Bicifadine, the Company's late-stage clinical compound for the treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain.  Mr. Bentsur's presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 11:40 am local time in Monte Carlo (5:40 am Eastern Daylight Time), at the Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
