The Company experienced a 18.3% decline in net revenues, 2.6% increase in net loss from continuing operations and 14.4% increase in net loss in the year ended December 31, 2009 compared to the year ended December 31, 2008. Furthermore, the Company is evaluating whether its business and plans will generate sufficient cash flow from operations to service its debts.
