announce that the British Embassy in Mexico has agreed to trial the world's
first lithium powered vehicle.

A delegation of Whistler Investments executives and engineers as well as
lithium power guru Chaz Haba were on hand to present the highly anticipated
Mini Cooper to the British Ambassador in Mexico, Mrs. Denise Holt. The Mini
Cooper will serve as an Embassy fleet vehicle for one year.

The sport British racing green Mini Cooper was on display to government
officials at the Enviropro event in Mexico City, Mexico
(http://www.enviropro.com.mx/) prior to the official presentation to the
British Embassy. During the Enviro- pro event the Mini received substantial
attention from high-ranking government officials such as Tony Garza, the United
States Ambassador to Mexico and Gaetan Lavertu, the Canadian Ambassador to

The Honorable Denise Holt, British Ambassador to Mexico stated "We are very

The Mini Cooper, on loan to the British Embassy, is powered by a state of the
art powerplant producing zero emissions whilst providing high performance; this
model is of particular interest to international governments as it is a prime
example of sustainable zero emission transportation. Whistler Investments will
produce several models of the Mini Cooper as well as the PT cruiser. It is
believed these will be highly suitable for government fleet replacement in the
US and elsewhere.

  The delivered Mini Cooper produces the following performance statistics:

  Speed: 6-speed gearbox allowing speeds UP TO 90 mph.
  Range: Over 100 miles - adding more battery Packs will more than double
   the range.
  Power: 2 kilowatts
  Battery Packs: 56 volts, 56 amps
  Weight: 210 lbs.
  Charge Time: 2-3 hours with either a 110-120 or 220-240V. 220-240V gives
   a faster charge.
  Battery Charge Lifespan: Over 1000X
