On December 07, 2021, VivoPower International PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing VivoPower International PLC has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% ownership of Bensley Auto Investments Pty Ltd, the parent company of GB Auto Group Pty Limited and GB Electric Vehicles Pty Ltd (collectively, “GB Auto”). The related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
