On October 15, 2019, VirTra, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will debut the first-of-its-kind, Ultra High Definition 300-degree immersive training simulator, which combines five state-of-the-art laser-based 4K projectors, at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference from October 26-29, 2019. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in the websites is not a part of this current report on Form 8-K.
