Item 8.01 Other Events 

 

On May 8, 2019, VSE Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.09 per share to be paid on July 31, 2019 to stockholders of record as of July 17, 2019. The Board of Directors approved the dividend on May 7, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
