      Verigy Ltd. (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has 
      added Judy Davies to the senior management team as vice president of 
      investor relations. Davies will be responsible for programs to provide 
      accurate, pertinent and timely information about the company to 
      shareholders and the investment community.
    
    
      Davies served nearly six years in corporate communications at Credence 
      Systems, most recently in the role of vice president of marketing 
      communications and investor relations. She managed the integration of 
      the marketing communications programs of several acquired companies and 
      developed an investor relations strategy for the combined organization. 
      Prior to Credence, Davies held various communications positions, 
      including director of worldwide marketing communications at Palmchip and 
      senior manager of marketing communications at KLA-Tencor Corporation.
