Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) (“Victory Capital” or the “Company”) today announced that its wholly owned investment adviser, Victory Capital Management Inc., has launched a new rules-based exchange-traded fund (“ETF”), VictoryShares Free Cash Flow Growth ETF (GFLW).
GFLW seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth Index (“the Index”), which is composed of high-quality, large-cap growth companies with the potential to compound free cash flow (FCF) generation over time. The Index screens an initial universe of companies for historical and projected free cash flows. It then targets highly profitable companies by screening for the highest FCF over invested capital. Finally, it selects those with the highest growth prospects to seek better outcomes in a variety of market environments with an added emphasis on profitability and growth.
GFLW becomes the third strategy in the Company’s next-generation FCF ETF suite, joining VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF (VFLO) and VictoryShares Small Cap Free Cash Flow ETF (SFLO).
“Given the favorable response from financial advisors and clients to both VFLO and SFLO, the addition of a free cash flow alternative that sits on the growth side of the style box was a natural evolution of our FCF suite,” said Mannik Dhillon, CFA®, CAIA®, President, Investment Franchises and Solutions, for Victory Capital. “GFLW builds on the innovative methodologies used by VFLO and SFLO and allows investors to capitalize on companies with attractive free cash flow profitability and strong growth prospects in the large-cap growth allocation of their portfolios.”

All investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. The Fund has the same risks as the underlying securities traded on the exchange throughout the day. Redemptions are limited, and commissions are often charged on each trade. ETFs may trade at a premium or discount to their net asset value. The Fund invests in securities included in, or representative of securities included in, the Index, regardless of their investment merits. The performance of the Fund may diverge from that of the Index. Large shareholders, including other funds advised by the Adviser, may own a substantial amount of the Fund’s shares. The actions of large shareholders, including large inflows or outflows, may adversely affect other shareholders, including potentially increasing capital gains. Investments in mid-cap companies typically exhibit higher volatility. The value of your investment is also subject to geopolitical risks such as wars, terrorism, environmental disasters, and public health crises; the risk of technology malfunctions or disruptions; and the responses to such events by governments and/or individual companies.
The Fund is a recently organized management investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors do not have a track record or history on which to base their investment decisions.
